The Lodge is a historic building, situated in the heart of North Berwick, a 2
minute walk from the picturesque harbour, the beaches, both golf courses and the
high street. A wide variety of shopping, hotels, restaurants and bars are within
easy reach. North Berwick West Links was one of the qualifying golf courses for
The Open 2002 at Muirfield by Gullane, 4 miles away.
The accommodation comprises:
LOUNGE: This spacious room has window seats overlooking the gardens,
comfortable seating and dining table for six people. There
is a Surround Sound TV (with Sky), DVD, VCR and stereo hi-fi.
KITCHEN Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher,
washing machine/tumble drier, oven, hob and microwave. Small breakfast bar.
HALLWAY and PASSAGE Spacious with panoramic views overlooking the town and
surrounding coast and islands.
BEDROOM 1: Large room with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
BEDROOM 2: Smaller room with 2 single beds.
BEDROOM 3: Large room with two single beds and fold-up bed.
BATHROOM: Spacious room with antique style bath and separate power shower.
STORAGE: Secure storage suitable for golf clubs is available on the ground
floor.
The property has been recently upgraded to a high standard:
Gas central heating throughout.
Telephones available for incoming and local calls.
Bed linen and towels supplied.
Electricity, gas and all taxes included in the price.

May: £550 per week
June: £550 per week
July: £600 per week
August: £650 per week
September: £550 per week

November-April: £400 per week
Exceptions: Christmas, New Year and Easter
Full payment in cash on arrival or 2 weeks in advance by cheque.
Deposit £100 due on reservation, returnable at end of stay, if clean and not
damaged.
Arrival after 3pm, departure by 11am.
